Robert Willis first learned how to cook an egg from a betty crocker children's cookbook at the age of 5.
he cooked at chanterelle and bolo restaurants in new york before creating vaux bistro in park slope, new york. He was the chef at manna dew restaurant in millerton ny before opening café giulia in 2009.

Café giulia is a friendly, neighborhood trattoria serving simple but sophisticated food in a comfortable, casual & stylish setting. The restaurant's namesake, a 1967 alfa romeo giulia super, a sketch of which appears on our menu, is usually parked out front on the lawn.

We live in a region rich in small farms and we increasingly take advantage of that fact. Local meat and game as well as seasonal local produce regularly appear on our menu.

Our wine list is small but carefully selected to compliment our menu. It is well priced and features primarily Italian wines by the glass, carafe & bottle.

Please join us at café giulia for a memorable evening and join our mailing list to receive news of special events throughout the year.
